a gem near south pier
comfy beds clean rooms helpful staff provided service
The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after my travels. rooms were clean, with attention to detail evident throughout! the staff were helpful. Their warm assistance. i would definitely choose this place again. It had everything i needed.
the room was a bit small, though that didn't detract much from my overall experience.

this place enjoys an excellent location because everything was a short walk away! i found many shops and restaurants within easy reach, and the south pier was a pleasant stroll away! i really liked it!

The staff were very polite and friendly. They were pretty good too ensure i had everything i needed! their attentiveness created a wonderful atmosphere , though the check-in was slightly delayed!

Charming Stay Near the Beach!
convenient location safe storage modern bar
The location is quite convenient for accessing the Pleasure Beach. It's a short walk. I found safe storage for bicycles. This included charging for e-bikes, a GREAT plus. I especially liked the modern look of the bar area. It felt very inviting after a long day.
I noticed the toilet needed more attention. There was evidence of previous use upon arrival.

The hotel offers secure bicycle storage with charging, and the bar area features a modern design. It adds a touch of elegance. New carpets are laid throughout, along with new lino in the en-suites.

A kettle is available inside the room, accompanied by tea and coffee supplies. It's a small but VERY welcome touch. Although I didn't eat at the hotel restaurant, the bar was quite appealing.

uncleaned room damaged door
the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit.
I found some significant cleanliness issues. the room door looked like it had been kicked in. the room also had not been cleaned well. There was a cigarette next to the kettle.

I found the staff to be really helpful. They were great. the room was clean, and the bed offered supreme comfort. the location is very convenient with easy access to various attractions.
The decor in the room felt a bit dated. The bathroom could use some refreshing.

The location was fantastic. It was a short walk to the tram line. the south pier and a casino were also nearby. the staff exuded friendliness. They were helpful.
i noticed some minor wear in the bathroom, it needs a little updating.
